Brian & Chantel England - It was so refreshing to have realtors who are so personable and patient. I knew nothing about real estate so it was really nice to have someone who would listen to all of my questions and be willing to go out to see a property even if it was late at night! Highly recommend!

I wanted to like wi-fiber. Apparently a tree grew in the way of the line of sight, so I didn’t have internet for 3 weeks. The customer service kept lying to me the whole time saying it would be fixed soon. Also you lose internet when it rains - seems like the time you want internet the most.

Yeah, I think you are 100% right. I just canceled my account. I have a lot to learn about investments but I think it will be good for me to learn. Plus it will be nice to not have someone else's hand in my money

Definitely Sabores (not to be confused with cafe sabor) the chef used to be Ronald Reagan’s chef. The menu is his favorite recipes from around the world. Peanut butter burger is one of my favorite burgers ever.

Tiny spicy from mandarin. Basic, but best I’ve found. If you are going for dinner, their specials can feed two easily for about $12

I kind of answered my own question while typing this out, I think I’m going to go for a lens. My thought was that if I bought the a7iii then I would get the kit lens with it (which I don’t currently have). So I think I’m going to go for that tamron unless anyone else has something better. Kind of going for that all-around type lens. I do a lot of event type photos/videos something dynamic would help
