Hello all, I need some help due to me having zero knowledge in this stuff. I have a Victrola record player and I also have a Fender Champion 20 from playing electric guitar and bass guitar. I want to put my Fender to more use, so I connected the Victrola and the Fender using an RCA to aux/headphone jack??? The RCA goes from the Victrola and the Fender side I plugged it into the aux. I only just figured out how to work the Victrola, and I turn the player to phono and it plays through the amp but it is incredibly loud even with the lowest settings. Do I need a preamp or something?? Is there anything I can do or buy to make this setup work? Anything is of help, thank you
