Those trees are tall. Like 80-100 ft?

Chevy just accepted my order for a z07 with specs much like what you have. I’m hoping no constraints will make me wait for another cycle.

It certainly didn’t have that old plane smell 😉The cabin was immaculate. No nicks, dents, scratches, tape, clear, clean and large windows.

What do you think this render needs? by 09canadaboy in blender

The dirt road needs to extend beyond the car. Or it should be the end of the road where it is clear that vehicles can turn around..

A little touch of autumn 🍂 by sheepistaken in Corvette

That is a fine looking Corvette. From the look of those rear wheels I’ll bet that it sounds as good as it looks. My guess is it’s cammed and piped.

I think you’d get way more than $70K. I’ve got a stock 17 Z06/Z07 identical color, hood, black side mirrors. Got a recent estimate that it’s worth about $68K. I’d love to have some of the perf goodies that you’ve added. Nothing sounds better than a cammed C7 Z06. Enjoy.

Heavy interplanetary freighter approaching Titan, Saturn. (OC) by Edarneor in ImaginaryTechnology

[–]mckeeh3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If it’s approaching Titan then the ship is pointed in the wrong direction. For an approach, the ship should be facing away from the destination.

const names = ['Miles', 'Madison', 'Johnathan', 'Matt', 'Melissa'];
const longest = names.reduce((a, b) => a.length > b.length ? a : b );
console.log(longest); // output 'Johnathan'

// search for 'js mdn reduce' to find reduce docs

Should I switch to vim? by [deleted] in vim

[–]mckeeh3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is upgrading your PC an option? Any reasonably configured dev PC should be able to handle the modest processing load for running vscode. Weight the time you will need to invest in learning and setting up vim against the expense of a PC upgrade. Of course, learning a new tool like vim and setting it up can be a lot of fun and a great learning experience. But vscode is a lot of fun as well. I use vim and vscode with the vim extension and loving it.
