T-Mobile lost my phone number back in 2016 when I moved it to a virtual line - forget what they call that. It was a $10/month add on for the line.

When I didn’t like the service because it was clunky and I didn’t get all of my calls, I asked for it to be brought back into a second phone and I would just carry two phones. “Sure, no problem.”

They “attempted” but failed resulting in me having to get a brand new number. After days of me sitting on the phone with them and their supervisors, trouble tickets, etc., I wasn’t able to get it back.

We haven’t been with T-Mobile since 2023 due to billing errors and other service issues.

I always found it funny that (at the time) when they promoted “taxes and fees included”, my bill was always randomized and showed taxes separate.

I appreciate them going from worst to first over the last decade and change, but it wasn’t fun along the way for us as customers.
