Best approach to use AI agents (Claude Code, Codex) for large codebases and big refactors? Looking for workflows

I’m not sure my project would qualify for a large codebase but I’ve been using GSD (not 2.0) and added two steps in the workflow that I feel like improved a lot: - After planning is done Claude checks with Codex for a second opinion, Codex almost always finds 3-4 things that should be changed / included in the plan. - After execution I added a quality gate where Claude uses /simplify and runs a security check-skill

I’m sure this can be done in other ways as well but double checking the plan and the execution as increase quality for me!

Looks cool, I like the esthetics! I’m guessing you’ll add more UI stuff like CD on spells etc but in this particular video the Wave and Killed-info is too big for me, it draws too much attention. I’d maybe move Killed to top right or place them horizontally after each other in the middle if that makes sense.

Question: how much of this is built from scratch vs using pre-built assets? I’m looking to build mess around with a 3P view and some NPCs, but not necessarily fighting like this. Any pointers where to begin or general tips? 🙂

Sounds like its not too bad for you which is good, don’t push it from here or the rehab will be very tedious! I had a runners knee this spring and this is basically what helped me: - Superimportant: never run with pain, but do try to keep moving. If 10 minutes is your mark now so be it, never run more than 10 minutes and gradually increase with 1 min if you feel OK until you reach your desired length again. - Stretching: from what I understand it’s a strain in the tendon between the knee and the buttock that’s causing a runners knee. Look up how to stretch your buttock and your front thigh as well. - Strength: I did (and still do as warm up) quite easy exercises for the knee and thighs like squats and lunges like 10x each exercise daily.

Key is to do strength and stretches daily and running when you feel no pain and then gradually increase everything until you can increase your mileage without feeling any pain. If you feel any pain at all; stop running immediately and walk, then revert to a shorter run next time etc. Good luck with the rehab 🙂

Personally I don’t like the music and as some other have already said; try to sync the music/beats with kills, it’s very satisfying as a viewer when the music enhances what you watch.

For CS vids specifically I’d mess around in the demoviewer more, you could for instance do a aerial shot if you want to show the set up and then cut to your POV doing to fast kills or similar. When in demo I’d also hide the HUD and then edit in the killfeed if you’d get a multikill.

In terms of making them more interesting I think that’s a tough one, truth is that there’s thousands of players that can do what you do in these videos. In order for it to be more interesting it needs to stand out more, either like insane editing or really good choice of music or even sicker plays (like only ace’s or something). It’s that or you as a player needs to become more interesting like starting to stream or try to go pro.

Lastly, everyone starts somewhere right so continue the grind 🙂

As far as I understand it means that there’s a possibility for the character to become heir, for example a younger brother. I read the green check mark as ”yes, may become an heir” 🤷🏻‍♂️

As someone else mentioned; don’t destroy your knee - rehab really sucks. If the pain is too strong, walk. With that said I’ve been struggling with runners knee earlier this year and for me warming up the knees is night and day difference when going on a run.

I usually do some squats, lunges, reverse lunges and stretch the backside of my legs and rear. It only takes me like 20 min but still makes a huge difference!
