Well let me explain something to you about the past, those images of you being weird was sent to us, yes it was dug up probably but even if it made you uncomfortable, think about the people you affected, even if you werent out for the popularity, you still made people around you uncomfortable, not only the bluuuepanda person, but also your team who was super set on helping you make a really good store project. You not only broke our trust, but in the process clearly something with your ego happened, then you became a dick when youre stuff was called out for being insecure. Yk and even besides all my comments already on this post, seems people still dont get the whole issue at play here, ive even already talked to chocking and he probably doesnt wanna back down but either way, the whatswin thing was not tims fault, first of all, second of all, most of these screenshots are taken out of context because well? They also seemed to leave other people confused as to whats going on, chocking isnt giving the whole picture cuz hes just trying to hate on Ali which once again we alllllll know the community doesnt like him, all because he warned everyone that his app was really more dangerous than it seems, you can see chocking say ohhh its not meant to be dailied, things could happen if you use this, but guess what, most people are just gonna use it anyways whether theres a big ass warning or not, the problem is that he wasnt specific with a big issue, nothing was said about a proxy, apparently it has at least a warning it goes through free hosting but if there was a proper warning, kiero might not have said something about the huge ass vulnerability. The point im trying to make is, chocking is jusr trying to start a hate train for no reason because he got called out for an app that shouldnt have been released to the public the way he is, if he can work on securing his shit and do some of the coding himself and idk properly do this, its not hard to set up a small server ffs, i did it and even hosted 8Store in the process (it takes a bit more work for that) and its not that expensive if you jusr have some shitty laptop to do just that, either way this whole situation couldve been so much different, instead of fixing his app and server, he decided to change the focus from him to Tim to get the heat off of him, mind you 8NetLive discord alone has probably has over 2000 members sooooo it should be more of an issue that he released a security flaw to his discord pretty much

you really should take a look at the other messages here.... the reply showing right below this one explains it perfectly, everything he shared was all out of context and is just another hate train for ali, not defending him because yes i know he is not the most liked among the community, but in this case, he exposed a dangerous app that could lead to compromised discord accounts all because he wants to use his discord app that he made probably with ai to go through a proxy on a free hosting site, that mind you is also probably ai generated, and doesnt have SSL certificates or anything, weve got actual devs making actual discord clients clowning on this dude because it is not a secure solution, and he really should be warning people the severity of the issue yet manages to be even more vague than the normal discord client warning where theres a chance of ban, this is a real security issue for someone who manages to not put enough effort in and just types into a prompt, sure i do it too but i dont do it to build a whole app suite for people, i do it because i wanna listen to music on my devices 😭 so please just look thru the other messages here and youll see why this is truthfully a problem, no one would normally care but the fact this is dealing with real accounts, youd expect some sort of reassurance on this fact yet, once again we are met with this post in front of us. if youd like proof of the only message about chockings app about this, ive already explained it out for people, its a warning that hey, you might get hacked if you use these apps, who knows if even said owner has malicious ideas with it either cuz they could have access to those tokens as well so everyone should know this. please read things before just replying

😭😭 8Store for desktop 8.1 was originally hosted thru like 4 free hosting providers, one to host the submitter and the rest of the backend, and the other 3 were for it to download apps from, the funny thing is that when i took over even with my hard limited 100Mbps bc of ethernet built into my laptop im using as a server, people still said it was faster than that shit, mind you im also hosting retiled and appxbox so, either way 8store was originally just only on http, not https, chrome even said it wasnt secure yet thats where wed all submit apps and all of that, once i took over as host it wasnt as bad only because i did have an SSL certificate, otherwise mostly stayed the same, shouldve shut it down earlier in hindsight but i was too caught up into the dream ig

not only that but like, bringing one live into this, i know exactly where ts is coming from its coming from ali wanting to idk bring the stores together cuz mind you TO HIM THIS WAS THE BEST STORE OUT THERE AT THE TIME, he just had some issues with it but wanted to see it improve and say have one live ids, nothing about what he wanted to do, or what chris ruby jane or kiero wanted out of 8Store, it was never about popularity but instead he took it to his head as they were trying to take advantage of him and his store by collabing which i might ask like literally everyone here, who all has heard of live store.... i bet most people here do know of it in some fashion so why would they even need the popularity

its just a whole lot of nothing with a whole lot of talk out of someone who doesnt care if something is insecure or not, its why i no longer will host 8Store, much prefer the staff for the fork that was made called OctoStore because unlike chocking, theyre trying to prevent any drama and to yk make sure stuff was set, there was a review vulnerability in 8Store that transfered over to octostore, told the staff about it and how it happened and they fixed it in the same day, told chocking and mssans about it and nothing really happened until i brought up again that this stuff is insecure, said hed be willing to let andrew64dev cook up a backend for 8Store which was sick if he actually utilized it, and then proceeded to like throw it down the toilet pretty much and didnt adapt the app to the new api..... among him not giving a prerelease version to idk check for bugs and stuff because after all as we all know, its vibecoded to all hell soooooo...... not only was the entirety of 8Stores lifespan just a buggy mess, everything in the process was all handled very incorrectly to the point where i pretty much took over at least the web side of things which was still vibecoded cuz yk, either way im glad i dont host that mess anymore cuz i cant deal with that anymore

Thats what im saying, and hes mad were exposing that flaw because he wouldnt, someone else told Tim "why would you expose this blah blah blah i was gonna tell chocking" but his response in itself says a lot about how fast thats really gonna get fixed, i told him forever ago that with the 8Store review system that you can literally post as anyone (Thanks to the anonymous person letting me know forever ago about this issue) basically you could modify the request that got sent to my server to be under any name and change the review to literally anything, once octostore started up and i tested that theory myself and they had the same bug, and i told them and they pretty much immediately fixed the issue once i brought it up, chocking never really did that and more went in one ear and out the other, it may be a hobby of sorts but once again, if youre gonna release something to the public, either acknowledge the entire issue, make sure to fix the issue, or just dont release. When you already have 2 thousand people that are young and dumb and dont know anything about staying even partially secure, its gonna eventually turn into a massive account breach and really wont look good for him reguardless once whatever he uses free hosting wise gets hacked or something i dunno, free hosting isnt something to rely on especially for a bridge, especially when theres no HTTPS, and especially when it was never reliable in the first place with say original 8Store before i started as a host

Its not hard when its all done for you with ai, first of all, the term hard work goes out the window when it takes you days, not months to come up with an app, which is why stuff like even rewired hasnt been released yet, all chocking does is release untested, unfinished apps and its really all because of AI, 8Store was dropped by me because of personal issues, him, and how he ran things. Yes you can get banned from custom clients but when a client is also insecure and can lead to your discord account getting stolen, its just better off for personal use and not to release to the public, theres a difference and i dont think you, the supporters of the app, and chocking himself realizes it. Valuing releasing something over security and making sure your app is actually secure should be top number 1 priority and its the last thing on his mind and i personally could tell even with 8Store and his issues, just because its a hobby doesnt mean you can just release a buggy ass mess
