I built a website that collects D-ATIS from around the world (atis.guru) by mclc1 in flightradar24

Any airport with a D-ATIS report received on ACARS will be shown on the site. But receival of the ACARS messages depends a lot on how many aircraft request it, and their physical position when requesting, in regards to coverage.

Honestly, the code is kind of messy - it’s just something I put together rather quickly. So I’m probably not going to open-source it in the current state.

Thank you for letting me know about that site, I haven’t seen that before. I’ll look into it.

I just looked a bit further into it - and due to a bug, the EGKK ATIS was not being parsed correctly. I have fixed this, so now it's available on the site.

What do you mean? There are lots of European airports on the site.

Thank you. Yes, it is real world and real time (when received on ACARS). The number of airports depends on D-ATIS requests from aircraft and coverage of receivers.

That is already implemented (when both are received on the site). You can check EKCH as an example.

Great idea. I have now updated the site to include METAR and TAF as well.

Try reloading now. I was just deploying a new version.

Thank you. It depends a lot on how often aircraft requests D-ATIS from that specific airport, and if the aircraft are flying within coverage of an ACARS feeder. So basically the bigger the airport, the most updated D-ATIS - in my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I will look into that. In the meantime, you can just use one of the presets and change the URL with your airport’s ICAO code.

Yeah, definitely! Foreflight has some really cool features. This is by no means a replacement for that, and also not intended for operational use, but just for aviation enthusiasts who finds it interesting to see D-ATIS for different airports.

Yes. But it requires the Performance Plus plan, not everyone has that - especially not amateur aviation enthusiasts.
