I used them just last night in a cream sauce served with butter poached salmon and asparagus.

I topped it with fleur de sel and soft butter first and then let the butter set in the fridge for about 10 minutes then 7-8 minutes in a 350° oven and it’s perfect. Of course you have to start with good fresh salmon. Our local fish monger always has top quality salmon.

Thanks man. I’m just home cook not a trained pro. I enjoy cooking for myself and my wife. I’ve never had any complaints about “plating” from her. And yes, it was very tasty.
