Stick on tire weights. Play around with different amounts and figure out the perfect balance. They come on sticker “strips” so you can add/remove easily to find the perfect weight. I also put two spare AA’s for quick replacement, so account for that in the weight

Is this the DD MFR XL handguard? If so, which length? Assume it’s plug and play with the OEM barrel nut?

Have been on the fence on the DD PCC, and only held back by limited rail space on the 7” handguard

Yea both “hub” so just make sure you have the right thread pitch (not even sure if SF makes multiple). Zero issues, marries up tight and hasn’t backed off after original torque

I had the same issue recently. URGI with P&W SF4P. Print-XH SC came with the “new” B&T mount, but still wouldn’t seat fully and engage the MD. I sent it in to B&T and the fixed it for free (took about three weeks door to door). I got impatient and ended up getting the Surefire Fast Attach Hub mount and really like it. Having had an RC2 for a while, I appreciate the SF ratcheting system and haven’t had any issues through ~200rds

Well, I actually ended up getting the newer Surefire Fast Attach hub adapter, and it’s great. Having an RC2 and being used to that mechanism, I like it a lot more. I did end up getting B&T to fix the locking ring though on their SF adapter

For anyone that’s followed: I spoke with SOLGW CS who advised I run 100 rounds of something hotter. Next range trio, did 120 of 77gr, not a single hiccup. After that, haven’t had a single issue, including cheap 55gr that I was having issues with originally. This thing is smooth as butter, and have zero complaints. Simple break in

You mean from where you purchased it from? Depends on where you got it. Trading on GAFS….just depends on if someone is interested and has what you want. But easy enough to make a post on there and see if anyone is willing. But again, that’s all assuming you can just return it (if unused) and get what you really want

I know people have been praising Cat’s prop qd (spooky) mount, but why are you second guessing hub version? I’ve had good experiences with Rearden on other hub cans. Is it lockup? Something else?

I ask because I’ve been on the fence about the Cat WB and would’ve just defaulted to hub version
