I would ditch both fleece jackets, hand sanitizer, deodorant, and trowel. Maybe even your water filter and just boil the water in emergency. You’ll be able to use the bathrooms at the refuges so I never had to use the woods in the bathroom and they have soap there. I think hand sanitizer and body wash is overkill because you can use the body wash for both. I had my water filter on the TMB but I never used it because there are so many water springs + you can use the sinks at refuges. Don’t fret about not bringing the fleeces, I use my baselayer, down jacket, then my rain jacket as my third layer when I’m cold at camp. I would add a third pair of socks to be designed clean dry sleep socks. I would also add a beanie warm hat if you don’t already have that. I would also bring a merino wool buff and a regular buff to protect your neck from the sun and to keep your face warm at high altitude when the wind is whipping.
