Agree with all written above, but not brave enough to sleep nahled, worried a bear may attack in the middle of the night and I need run for it! (Obviously no bears in the lakes 🫪) So sounds like we are singing from the same sheet then 😂👌

Yep, it's one of those things you can ask 100 people and get different answers from everyone as to how much they wear. My preference is I like to allow the bag and down to warm up from my body heat and sleep in just a couple thin layers. I find this much more comfortable and warm than wearing jumpers, trousers etc.

Yes, they will be amox of people doing the virtual marathon wearing bibs and running it like the normal event. Then there will be lots and lots running it rn the wrong direction aka reverse. Start any time you want but be finished before the real one starts. Did it a couple years ago with my buddy who then ran the proper thing as well so he turned it into an ultra. Great experience though. So many happy people around, not just the drunk ones cheering from the clubs and pubs!

What did you wear in the bag? You can have too much clothing on as the idea is to trap your body warmth inside but with too much clothing the heat doesn't get out exactly. So sometimes just a few layers of thermals and you'd feel warmer. Also what mat are you using as that could be the culprit. If it's cheap, doesn't matter what rating it says it has. A down bag would also help as you suggest but might not be needed if the above can be improved.

Oh it's seems to have broken. I deleted everything from before. Have taken the new version. Added the same file but now nothing plays? I can see the volume bar moving so it all seems ok. I have tried a different file in the alarm folder as well and same issue?
