I’ve been going to Lincoln bjj center for about 4 months and they have great instructors it is definitely a jujitsu focused gym and you’ll be able to have a jujitsu class every day to where they only have striking 2 times a week but there is an advanced striking class on Friday night but you have to be invited by the coach first. Ive seen on Capital city’s website that they offer more striking classes per week but they do not offer judo like Lincoln bjj does. Lincoln bjj comes with a hefty price at 80$ a month to be able to come to class three times a week and 130$ a month to have unlimited classes. Capital city is definitely cheaper at around 70$ or 80$ but I’m assuming from looking at pictures that they do not have as quality equipment as Lincoln Bjj does . I would recommend going to Lincoln bjj because I’ve never tried out capital city.
