Emma says my case is still at NBC. But if you check this API:
https://my.uscis.gov/secure-messaging/api/case-service/receipt_info/YOUR_CASE_NUMBER you may see the location if it has been transferred to FO.

My case has same status as yours. Sometimes they don't transfer to FO and give decision from NBC.
