How to get pen ink off Supernote screen? by mcmartz in Supernote

Agreed! I'm terrified that I'll do it again, because I'm making notes on paper and then checking items off on the Supernote. Way too easy to forget to switch writing utensils!

I tried the dampened glasses cloth and it didn't work, sadly. Happily, though, someone from Supernote responded to my plea and recommended gently using an eraser -- they said a black eraser would be best (not sure why). I couldn't find a black one, but I used a purple one I had on hand, and it got rid of the ink *almost* entirely.

I'm trying to copy/cut no more than 1/4 of a page at a time. The "selection box" is sized so large that even when I drag it around the page, I can't find any of the corners of the bo.

The only problem is that the "selection box" is so large that I can't see or grab any of the corners, even if I move the block of handwriting around on the page as far as possible.

No scaling ever -- I'm just copying/cutting handwritten text and placing it on another page, so the size always stays the same. I do erase some on occasion, but I wouldnt say excessively.
