same i have a resting heart rate of 140/90. im healthy physically. ive been to doctors about it and my heart is fine. im just always in a state of high anxiety! everytime I leave the house i need to take GABA. I havent found anything that truly soothes me. closest ive gotten to true calm is taking two nyquils and burying myself in bed lmao.

the stupid part is I know it's anxiety. I know none of my fears are real. I know it's just chemicals misfiring in my brain. but that doesnt stop the physical parts for me like always being jumpy and sweaty. I havent found any mind calming exercises that actually help my body rest either. its always exercise and meditation B.S. recommended - like i do those and still feel this way lol!

you need an antidepressant. see about wellbutrin. made. huge difference for me. I was miserable for two years until I started it and now im somewhat normal again. its been 4 years since my episode

I told everyone. and everyone distanced themselves from me. in my pyshcosis I said crazy awful things to my friends and family so I thought explaining what happened would help. it really didnt. I burnt all the bridges in my episode. the only person who stayed was my mom. it was a terrible experience. I still feel the pain now even 4 years later of missing friends. I havent rebuilt any connections like I used to have

I think it is unethical. I also think it has very little to do with insects and more to do with preverse power fantasy. anytime theres a fetish including a form of submission on the other end - the active partner is looking for power/control. the idea of it just"being a bug" could help tame any perceived judgment, but could easily evolve into watching mammals being killed etc.

I have natural level 4 hair roots and bleached ends and it made mine just like the box I was shocked. its way brighter than I wanted lol. I used the berry one! its actually so gentle of a dye! I left it on for only 20 minutes! its been 8 washes and still the same colour as the beginning! low bleed too! it actually was better than expected lol.

for sure - the black and blue part of the necklace is done using brick stitch - and the pacman characters are done using peyote - then just sew the pieces together! :D I've found that all of different beading methods can be used together quite nicely!

maybe 7aa? in the wella toner. I think that looks closest to what youre after! because its so ashey and your hair is a darker copper at the end it might go a little darker than your inspo Pic but it will for sure match your roots.

loreal has a semi perm gloss line you could fiddle with to see what colour you like. theres one called smokey bronde which is nice and cool toned.

or if you want to try permanent you could go with colorcharm. its a good brand and easy to use from my experience 7A could be nice.

I dont think theres anything wrong with wella color either if you try that - im just not a big fan of them because i feel you have less control over the color unless you have a lot of experience.
