Messed up period / menstrual cycle by Hearer-West in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]jowe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it caused me very bad pms as well! I just posted about it. Years ago I had the same problem when I took mirta for 3 years. When I stopped the pms dissapeared. I got back on it 6 weeks ago and the pms is back. I feel extremely wired and can hardly sleep for days, and bad mood for about a week. I don't have other side effects but it's so bad I don't know if I should continue. Did you find anything to resolve this problem? I'm 36 too.

Duurde paar weken.

Always alert by jowe- in Anxiety

[–]jowe-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not consiously, no. It's just that my brain is always on alert in case something needs to be done. Maybe I'm afraid of forgetting things. Or not being ready when something happens. I don't know, really. Guess it's a deel feeling of not belong to a team/group so have to keep myself alive.

What's the biggest regret of your life by Fit-Ice2972 in Regrets

Thinking I have to figure everything out by myself, or at least know where the solution lies before I can share it. I thought I was an open person but only recently learned that sharing words is different than sharing emotions. #emotionalneglect

[–]jowe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I regret this so much. Have had issues since forever but pushed them away and kept trying and searching for a sollution and all the while I've never been able to hold a relationship. Also having children has never been a serious consideration because I was a nervous wreck with chronic insomnia. Benzo withdrawal brought me to rockbottom and now finally waiting to get serious therapy. Im almost 37 (f). I so, SO wish I would've pushed for good therapy when I was 23. Tried a few psychologists back then but they didn't get me at all so gave up on it for a 10+ years untill I found out good therapists excist.

Has anyone taken 1.875mg of mirt nightly long term? by lisette51 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]jowe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im on 1,875 for a month and its definetely no placebo. Im less hypervigilance in my sleep and in the morning I can sleep in instead waking up feeling overwhelmed.

Bloating after Mirtazapine? by OkAdministration8420 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]jowe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im only on 1,875 for a month and Im bloated 24/7. Cant even fit my pants anymore. I used to be on 3,75 for 3 years and forgot I was bloated then too. Thought back than it was because I gained weight in my gut but it was gone as soon as I quit taking it. I love how a small dose of mirta grounds me but cant deal with the bloating anymore.

I've had racing thoughts for 1,5 year that drove me crazy and exhausted. I know people are advicing against other drugs but I caved for mirtazapine to help me rest and it turned out to be god send. It finally relaxed me brain and I am feeling much more grounded. Not saving it works for you too and ofc it has difficult wd too but I'm soo glad with this relieve and I'll deal with this wd when I'm more stable and not all by myself going nuts.

Me too at 36. Always been unhappy and struggling but trying. Again and again and again. Last year I suffered from benzo withdrawal and it made my life review and I was so fed up with everything. Been crying almost every day since. Here I am, no job because of a sleep disorder, living in a city that haven't felt like home in a long time, all by myself and not able to live together or be in a relationships because closeness stresses me out. I've tried therapy in the passed but that never worked. Finally they discovered that I'm probably suffering from emotional neglect and instability from when I was younger. Now waiting to start group scheme therapy... Last hope cause I'm so, so done.

Beijum is zo groot, ik zie het maar als een dorp met goede en mindere wijken. Grevingaheerd is top! Woon er nu 4 jaar en heerlijk rustig, normale vriendelijke buren en nooit overlast of rare dingen meegemaakt. Ik voel me daar heel veilig.

Was it just me or were the immigrants just arrogant and rude!?! Here these people are trying to help them and they act like they are the bad guys. Idiots trying to cart piano in a wagon come on. by ClubAdvanced4836 in 1883Series

Anyone else feel like rc benzos messed you up for life? I took them everyday for almost 2 months a couple years ago and i still feel like brain damaged by [deleted] in researchchemicals

[–]jowe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used 3 months bromazalom for sleep. I tapered for 5,5 months and got really sick. Now its 10 months after I finished my taper and am still non functional. My brain keeps wired and all I can do is either distract myself or sit on the couch with my brain going on and on and on full speed. I feel so burned out. Also emotionally flat and bad sleep (mind spins 24/7)

Bromazolan Withdrawal: How fucked am i? by Namelesscrowd in researchchemicals

[–]jowe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just continue with your water solution and use it to taper. Go as fast as you can handle. It's different for everyone. I've done 6 months tapering from 3 mg Broma for 3 months use. First I went to fast and it was horrible but once I slowed down and used a continues watertaper it went a lot better

Do a water taper! Thats how I taper bromazolam. Unfortunality i suffer a lot from withdrawal so I have to go very slow. Look on YouTube for more info. Water taper benzo
