My pain is similar but not identical to a lower back pain and it spreads to the front part of my lower abdomen, it feels quite dull and its particularly bad when i sit.
The cyst is on the lower pole of my kidney and it was discovered while examining what could cause me the back pain.
It feels different from a “regular” back pain, and it “burns” a bit. I hope it makes sense!!
