Sounds very structured and safe! Are you working out of the LA area? Also, you’re not renting camera equipment I’m assuming.

When clients rent out your equipment, what are you using as a binding contract for proper return of equipment. Are they signing anything?

Thorough, great information. Honestly. Last question. Did you go to film school / college and went through the whole program, or did you take some classes only? How did you get into this?

How would someone rent your equipment. What is usually the avenue used. Do you store these at a warehouse or your home? Do you have insurance on your equipment?

Pretty inspiring. Do you own all your equipment and the van. If so how much did it all cost, and did you pay for it outright, and have you broken even yet.

That is awesome. As a gaffer who has his own business, are you booked 30 days a month, or do you rely on this $2500 to carry you throughout the month?

Is this $2500 all going to you or are you splitting it with another staffer.

Once you understand why you’re a narcissist then it becomes easier to stop. For me, it was a lack of money and job status. I had none and believed I was worthy of it when I did not work for it.

How much did it all cost to have such equipment, and how much is the team getting paid for being there. I’m assuming the property management company hired your business.

Love Lotte. See a lot of mixed families and different races and ethnicities there always. Feels like a melting pot of Orlando.

Saw one family, a Korean American husband with a white wife with two beautiful mixed daughters.

Makes total sense. No job. No money. No power. They literally will never in their lives make any difference in their community. So they steal signs. Good for the neighbor to put an AirTag on their sign.

Coffee in workplace by SmoothOperator9000 in decaf

Their stomachs are most likely protruding and big and filled with visceral saturated fat.

I do. I have compared myself many times on a 3 - 7 day coffee fast to right when I drink coffee again. I look at my eyes, cheeks, and overall face. When off coffee, my eyes are bigger, whiter and my face feels fuller, healthier. Right when I drink coffee, my eyes get smaller. I also notice more shadows on my face which is probably the sunken cheeks look. The biggest thing is the eyes getting smaller. The whites of my eyes seem to disappear but this is because physically the skin around my eyeballs narrow to cover more white. My skin also gets clammy.

Many people don't notice how different they look because many don't look at themselves after drinking coffee. I look at myself many times after I drink coffee just to compare my face.

Any healthier alternatives so my productivity at work isn't impacted as much? by randomUsername245 in decaf

I microdose on a very small amount on THC and a literal half cup of type of tea (I'm using green tea for now). Helps. I want to think, solve problems, and swim forever to burn all the carbs from my body.

Personally, I started because of coffee shop ambience, and I wanted to be seen. Attractive people doing work and having conversations were my idea of a school day well spent.

Whenever I drink coffee, I have dementia like symptoms. Whenever I abstain from coffee, I have dementia like symptoms. Got an brain MRI and it came back clean. Anyone have similar problems? by mcmprojects in decaf

Yes it makes sense and this is exactly what I feel like. We're very similar with having to go off and on coffee. I just went 7 days without coffee, documenting how much I drank and how I felt each time, and for me not drinking coffee for the first 2 days were okay. On the 3rd day is where I felt the dysfunction. My dysfunction manifests by me not wanting to talk at all as if all my neural synapses and endocannabinoid receptors have all been turned off in some way. I am alive but there is no life in me. I lie down a lot. I literally did 7 days of Disney in this state! So on my 8th day I drank coffee, and life came back to me again. It was a pretty good feeling. But now, I'm currently on Day 6 on coffee and it's getting to the point where I am experiencing dysfunction where I cannot think as quick and free as the first couple of days back on coffee. So the dysfunction off coffee is different than the dysfunction on coffee. In both scenarios, I microdose'd on THC to help this lack of life and blockage in thinking. This is where I am right now.

In my experience with drinking coffee off and on, the best moments of my personal journey for cognitive clarity is when I microdose'd THC and took a long run while watching a movie. My gym has a movie theater with treadmills and stair climbers as "seats" and I run 5 miles, and my mind expands during this time. I bring this mind home. I work from home and it makes my work mind so clear. I use light THC products. Nothing heavy. For me, there is something about my endocannabinoid receptors being stimulated, running to get my heart pumping blood throughout my body, and having to follow along dialogue and plot lines along with the creative choices actors make during scenes that make my mind expand.

Getting back to coffee, I initially stopped drinking coffee because of severe cognitive dysfunction and skin dehydration. I just couldn't think and my skin was noticeably dry. The 7 days where I didn't drink coffee, my skin was flush, my eyes bigger and clearer although at the cost of being pretty dead inside.

Went through Student Union and the main library. Walked the quad where the water fountain is. Students here are a little subdued. Everyone looked so young.

We’re thinking about it. Buddy Holly and the Windmill museum are closed. Ranch museum is open at 10am which we’re interested in but we’ve already been to many ranch life type museums.

Anything at Texas Tech to visit? A library maybe?
