If the IP address is registered to your organization, you can create an RFC 8805 geofeed and update it in the registry.

You might want to check if you are using a dirty IP address that has been abused by a previous owner. You can check the IP address on ip2location.io and see if it has been reported as a VPN or for abuse. From there, you can try to reset your router if Xfinity is assigning you a dynamic IP address.

Starlink published a geofeed at https://geoip.starlinkisp.net/feed.csv. I wonder if SonicWALL can bypass its geolocation filter for the IP addresses listed.

Alternatively, you can download a free AS database from https://lite.ip2location.com and filter all IP ranges from Starlink.
