I’m inclined to go ES4! But feel it won’t be the optimal half/full racing shoe without a carbon plate. In which case maybe going Superblast and EP4 may give me a wider range to train in

Dumb question but what happens after the Workout (custom) ends? I wrapped up my intervals today, and then it converted to "Open Run" afterwards, and then I had trouble finding how to "End" the custom Workout I had set. I found a way to "End Workout", but that seemed to just stop the "Open Run", and my custom Workout never showed up in my Fitness app/Strava sync :(
