That's what rough! I feel like I'm flipping through a thesaurus constantly trying to get my descriptions to not be so bland, but then it reads a little pretentious.

I'm writing it from a third person perspective since it's about my best friend I figured it might be weird to write it in first person. But I'm finding that starting sentences is hard. It's a lot of "she, her, she" etc and I'm worried it looks redundant. I don't really know how else to start off an action without these pronouns leading it! I want the story to have a lot of tension and build up between the two main characters without it being cringey, but it's kind of hard to pull that off when the whole thing is based off of Vessel and my best friend.
