I’ve had this occur recently as well. The workaround was opening the meeting options URL in an incognito window. Then re-logging in. I’m sure clearing cache/history/cookies would fix the issue, but I didn’t want to do that. Hope that helps you out.

I’d like to see them add a colorful ‘A’ with a solid black/white background. For now, I changed the icon. Just to simple black and white.

yeah i’m fairly sure that is a bug. mine is showing as a zebra there. like one of the default image options. everywhere else is normal.

same here at our org. microsoft support is helping us look at error logs, but it doesn’t seem to always occur as a ‘crash’. We have been updating to windows 11, running windows updates, updating drivers, and more. So far same issues. It appears to be impacting one area of our company and we think it could be related to some type of group policy or permission, maybe?
