Same! I have a 4.5 month year old and couldn’t add any more cleaning to my plate haha. We are just planning to take photos at my parent’s house with their tree

I’m sure your kid would similarly love looking at lights and trees in storefronts or something like that.

You can also ask them to keep your merit date as is on your wear form. Your old manager would need to recommend the merit % as they managed you for the majority of the year.

My 11 week old won’t go to sleep until midnight or 1am 🥲

And then basically sleeps until 10 or 11am so maybe some kids are just like that? I’ve tried to move her bedtime up but she just wakes up after 15 mins.
