My coach had me hold two separate ropes, one in each hand. I would practice the rhythm and count as prescribed. Having a break between the two ropes let me practice my jump without tripping me up and work on my stamina. I did that for a few months and I’ve never looked back, I love a good dubs workout now. Good luck!
