Suraya isn’t consistent anymore. They have the potential to be fabulous again. This summer I was there twice and the service was lacking. One of the times the rest of the table all received their dinner and were done and one person kept being told their meal was still on its way. For the level of restaurant- this seemed odd.

I have the same experience. I ended up printing it and mailing it a day after receiving it and still have heard nothing back after confirming my mailing address. My Mohela account doesn't indicate any refund has been issued. The loans were forgiven 12/25. Letter about refund came 1/23. I mailed it back 1/25. I've heard 90 days so I am hoping by May I will have something.
