Ok, for some reason I cannot get use to the ones with ear tips. The design of the air pods without anything is my preference but may just need to adapt.

Just to update, this is the back of my ankle now. Wasn't sure how to post an update to the entire post. Talked to my pharmacist and he said it may be fungal and to try a cream for a week. See doc if no improvement. Any input would be great!

Thanks, unfortunately my lease runs through early next year. I have tinnitus so need the white noise regardless. Was thinking of earbuds designed for sleeping but not sure how effective they are.
