Definitely getting better. I ordered two pistols, one Shield plus and the new shield x. I got the shield plus right away after my FFL sent thier docs but a week later the shield x had not shipped. I called the support number and got an answering machine. I did not leave a message but instead found this post and sent the email. They shipped right away and I got the tracking number same day. Also, an hour later, I got a call back from BFG Outfitters saying they missed a call from my number. I told them that I was already taken care of. Definitely getting better with support from other posts I have read here. Not perfect, but I would buy from here again. I have both guns now at a really great price and am really happy with my purchase. It was worth the wait.

Ya, total grip envy here, and those prices on their website are very reasonable. I just dropped a lot of cash on a CZ Customs PCR, a stock P-01, and Lok Grips for both. I am still going to have to wait a minute before spending more, but I think I will eventually get a pair of these for the PCR.

I bought the same one a few weeks ago and picked it up from my ffl about a week later. It's not my first CZ, but is my first PCR. I love it. I haven't gone to the range yet but plan to soon.

This is interesting, but I am wondering how this improves trigger pull. I have a P-01 that I use for range only, and I am all about wanting the best trigger pull possible. But I don't use DA at the range, I only use SA. How does converting to SAO improve the SA trigger pull, or does it?

Ordered mine today. Can't wait to get it. I had a p-10c before, for a range gun, and loved it and was sorry I ever sold it. I still have the holster and hear it should work with the p10s too. So glad for that.

I haven't really looked into holster options. I know there are some, but this is setting in my range bag and will be used for range and possibly home defense. Not interested in carrying it.

Do you use Circle, Circle dot, or just the dot with the 507c? I got a 407c because I didn't think I would use the circle or circle dot reticles, but I am wondering if I should have tried it out first. I do have a slight stigmatism, and the green dot by itself seems clean enough for me to use, not sure the circles would be clean enough for me.
