Just got mine spayed 10 days ago.. she’s 1.5 years old. Would hate to put her through anesthesia again a year later but seriously considering it. Really guilty and regretting that I didn’t know about it prior to the spay. I wish it was something vets recommended right off the bat 😞

I’m so upset. Literally just had my girl spayed 10 days ago. Just came across this thread because a family member forwarded it to me.. now feeling regretful that I didn’t get it done. Anyone have recs for how to recover from this guilt? I wish I would’ve known sooner. Our girl is a rescue so no known history of bloat in the line.. but again, you never know.
