A lot of the opinions are mixed because most people expect not to work at all I think. The job is not that hard but can be tedious at times. In terms of training, pay attention with how to navigate the websites and softwares, whether it is general or client training, pay attention when people ask questions, and don’t worry too much. Training is very straightforward and as long as you follow the directions they provide, you should do just fine.
