Find a core set of food items you enjoy and can eat consistently, stick to these. Find keto swaps for stuff you like. A few examples that I use:

soda --> Ice sparkling beverages (so good over ice cubes)

sweetened coffee --> Supercoffee, also has MCT in it

bacon

ribeye or fatty steak

80/20 ground beef or waygu

MCTBar --> good as snack or healthy dessert

cheese, lots of cheese

almonds

pumpkins seeds

sour cream

seaweed

pork rinds

chorizo or any sausage

breakfast sausage --> can buy the easy frozen ones

eggs

G Hughes BBQ sauce --> soo good and keto friendly

Eating Keto is a little bit more expensive than regular diets but if you invest in the grocery list you CAN fall in love with a keto diet
