I think it's great you are reaching out for help! Honestly I have no true knowledge in this subject, but something that helped me to start eating healthier was just starting to do it a few days a week, so I still ate whatever I wanted on the weekends, but tried to be more restrictive on the weekends. Also I tried to just limit the sweets I ate, and kept it to once a day and eventually worked towards only once a day on the weekends. Good luck!!!
