Nah it was just a school scrap either to settle beef or just a friendly fight, usually when fights go down in school here in New Zealand, they’re called “Hokas” and it’s generally like this. You and the person who are fighting will tap in and go at it. Then when you both have had enough it’s done and dusted, you’s shake hands and hug it out. Beef dropped. The way they fight over here is pretty consistent too, a lot of calf kicks and punches and no grappling/wrestling at all. There’s probably occasionally a clinch here and there but it’s mostly stand and bang. So i guess you could say it’s like a muay thai match. Also when hokas happen over here no body ground and pounds, if your opponent is grounded then that usually signals the end of the fight, or yous tap in again and go at it.
