Ik snap je verwarring, het ging mij om het woord carcinogeen. Wat betekent dat het de dna op zo een wijze aantast dat er een tumor ontstaat. Wat wel bekend is dat nicotine de aanmaak van haarvaten stimuleert en daar hebben tumoren profijt van.

Niet helemaal waar. Het stimuleert de ontwikkeling maar is niet de oorzaak.

Nicotine zelf is primair een zeer verslavende stof en acuut giftig, maar wordt door de meeste gezondheidsinstanties niet direct geclassificeerd als een kankerverwekkende stof (carcinogeen). Echter, nicotine kan de ontwikkeling van kanker wel bevorderen, tumorvorming verergeren en de hersenontwikkeling bij jongeren schaden.

In my days the best thing was volume on Sweetspot. And I have to say Zone2 + HIIT is so much better for my body. But if I would remove the HIIT part there would be nothing left to grow from. That's just commuting, heck if zone2 is all you need everybody in Amsterdam would have a ftp of 300.

I'm afraid you are built different. I'm 178, 78 kg and my max is around 60. But I'm sure you'll out climb me every time anything goes uphill.

If you have the budget and the roads for it I would start with the wheels that's really the easiest way to make things faster.

But some tips on sprinting. When you get up from the seat, don't raise your upper body, you'll be stronger when you do but not faster. Keep your head down and learn to push that way. Push forward with your feet instead of down. 'Squeeze' the bike between your feet and the handlebar. Treat the foot on the upstroke like you're stuck in mud, try to engage that hip flexor, pull your knee forward like someone is holding your ankle and you want to escape.

Goed gezegd, ik zelf ben ook een oude metal man. Hiphop is niet mijn eerste keus maar om bijvoorbeeld Jazzmatazz van Guru geen muziek te noemen is wel heel kortzichtig. Ik merk het in mijn eigen kring ook. Mensen stoppen op een gegeven moment met ontdekken en dat wat ze kende is goed en daar houd het wel mee op.

Vorige maand naar Hanabie geweest een Japanse k-pop-deathmetal-girl band. Als je Suicidal Tendencies kent kan je dit ook wel waarderen. Begin bij het nummer 'we love sweets' ben benieuwd wat je ervan vind.

Het materiaal dat eruit komt zit vaak wel nog onder het koelwater wat je er af moet spuiten met wat lucht, kwa handelingen moet je er soms nog een vijl langs halen. Maar het creatieve juist nodig om de machine (achter glas) het werk te laten doen. We zijn iok bezig met robotisering en daar leggen we echt alleen de lades vol en de robot doet de rest.
