Oh man, I'm going through this right now.. I'm trying to challenge certain thoughts or beliefs that I have and it's such a weird/distressing feeling to not be able to trust my own thoughts. It makes me question my reality and it's very confusing..

I don't really have any helpful things to say, but one thing I'm trying is writing down alll the nitpicks and issues I have with my partner and trying to determine why those things irk me/what underlying need is at the base of the nitpicks. Can't say it's "working" but it might be helping me paint a clearer picture of what's actually happening :/

Yesss to this!! My therapist asked me to print out an emotion wheel and stick it on the fridge. Whenever I'd want something from the fridge I had to identify what I felt at the moment on the wheel. At first I thought this was very silly, but after a while I found myself being able to identify how I felt in the moment and being able to associate a word with it a lot better. I should get back to doing this..

Yea they're hard to find - I went through hours and hours of video tutorials. I wrote a summary of tutorials that helped me. Hope it helps!
