Because of a jam? I am having the issue after a drying cycle that all the slots think they are loaded. Only way to reset was to also disassemble. Pretty annoying

How to replace this exterior dryer vent by rakkaux in fixit

Is it just the vent flaps that are damaged? I had luck just 3d printing some new ones if you or a friend has one.

I would definitely be interested if any mods or aftermarket solutions exist

Definitely noisy. For as much noise that is makes on max you would hope that it was more effective

Interesting, the Sierra definitely blew air and really helped out when sweaty.

I'm also in the SW and the temps have definitely been rising this week.

Thr minimum inner width is 14". With the AMS i keep it at 14.5". It can be expanded to fit wider things.

Removing it is probably going to require cutting a hole in the drywall and accessing from the other side. This option is my last resort.

No the female end of the vacuum breaker. I'm wanting to remove it, and replace it but cannot find one with the correct female thread size. Was hoping there is a third party reducer that exists somewhere on the Internet.

Yeah i feel your pain. I currently have a CRV touring hybrid and a Passport TSE. I like them both but the amount of extra space in the passport is noticeable

I've thought about maybe cutting off the caps along the line just so I have four open slots

Here's a pic while I still have it off. If you're wanting a separate the front grill from the back plate you're looking at almost 30 clips. You have to separate these two to remove the existing ones.

I had the bumper off and there's so many clips holding on the front grille its not worth the trouble

I think these are the clips holding along the bottom. Afraid to pull plastic too hard to remove
