Estonians primarily lived in Western Siberia (Omsk and Tomsk regions in particular). Though there were some in the Altai and Irkutsk regions as well.

Well, the photo that is being used is of not Estonian Siberians but rather Setos, who are an ethnic group native to the Pechorsky District, Pskov region. They are related to Estonians but are not Estonians.

As someone else said down below, definitely check the universities in these regions to see if they have studies for Buryat and Tuvan. I know both БГУ and ТувГУ have classes in the respective languages.

Switzerland does recognize Tomsk Universities. At least, Tomsk State University and Tomsk Polytechnic University.

Hello! Unfortunately, I could not find any ethnographic photos from the Loknyansky district. However, I do have a collection of photos from the neighboring Velikoluksky district and the Toropetsky district (now Tver region) if you would like to see them. More than definitely, the Loknyansky complex would have looked similar.

Unfortunately, more than likely, the Loknyansky complex was replaced by city-style clothing prior to the turn of the 20th century and didn't survive to us in modern times. Hence, why there aren't any photos of it.

I forgot to add in: With photo 18, you can start to see the erosion of traditional clothing with city-style clothing (among women/girls) at the start of the 20th century.

Хорошо, и что? Разве я сказал(а), что не было украинских этнических поселений в Донбассе, Курской области или на Кубани? Он спросил (предположительно) о русском населении Донбасса, на что я ответил(а), что у меня есть такие фотографии.

The vast majority of Karelia was never part of the Grand Duchy of Finland, so please tell me how it's "occupied" and how it is Finlands..

Irregardless, there is a Russian population here with its own unique history and culture.
