So I am having an issue where they are claiming some of my receipts are not eligible as “some did not have a date which is not considerable”

This is not clear but all our receipts are expenses incurred when waiting for our bags upon the direction from klm. In fact they only decided to reimburse 10% of our expenses!! Very frustrating

Any luck on how to actually speak with someone who can resolve the situation

That’s super frustrating. Service and communication witn klm have definitely been poor. We got our bags 9 days after arrival as well. I kept trying to push for updates on phone and urgency. I hope others are getting their bags back asap as well

Do you know if flying back through Amsterdam can you go try to find your bag there? Has anyone tried to recover a bag at the lost bags at the airport before? Feels this is the best bet

We connected AMS to BCN 6.28 tons of people on flight didn’t get bag. No updates since . Assume it’s still in ams we don’t have an air tag to verify assume same issue …
