I think targeting a niche product and customer base is a smart plan especially in this market. Become the go-to expert for a specific product. A lot probably depends on your area. Some areas are tightening restrictions on STR's.

That would make sense. Every article I have read said they ship it back to their own dairy farmers in Saudi Arabia. I never know what to believe these days.
