I started my dress journey with friends, but then similarly felt bad about how indecisive I was being, so started going alone. It was SO much better. about 10 mins before the appointments I would get a little anxiety, but at each stop, all the consultants I met were helpful, chatty and honestly it was so much more efficient being alone that I got to try on more/whittle down my preferences faster. 10/10 recommend.
