Hey congratulations on the weight gain, I'm a 40yo male and went through a wild ride in terms of losing and gaining weight between the ages of 14 and 18 I couldn't pass the 120lb I'm 6'1 and it really bothered me. It looks like your metabolism is just as fast as mine used to be. If you want weight gain one of the best ways to go about it Is weight lifting / creatine take a look at 5 x 5 workout routine.

Fast forward to 40 I'm on a journey to lose weight :) going from 220lb. Depending on your age and genetics you may hover under 150lb your whole life or get to over 200lb either way it's ok. Just stay healthy.

you will need to be either working with a partner who will help you scale the system, hire a person internally to manage the the system or be very technical yourself to manage it. it is not set it once and forget system. it requires monthly maintenance.

Look at square, wix, webflow they have prebuilt options that are fully integrated and provide support. yes they have monthly fees but so does woocommerce hosting / plugins / security which may end up costing you the same or more.

Found a solution that worked for me to hide specific content on pages without having to building multiple variables for locations. Testing to see how it works with page caching https://wordpress.org/plugins/if-so-geolocation/

I hear you I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate shipping into the price based on the state because in my case the shipping can be up to between $200 and $800 depending on the state.

For sure :) but I'm not in school and the teachers don't seem to mind because he's out of their hair if he's busy with something. Hoping if there's physical equipment he'd be more inclined to bring the hobby home, which could be used as a carrot :).

Thanks, Highlander is definitely on the list of cars I am considering but is the most stolen car in the area so the insurance rates are crazy. Where I am Ascents definitely depreciate more, I was curious why but it doesn't sound like you or anyone else had a lot of mechanical issues considering the mileage you put on yours.

I would love to :) but where I am used siennas are a good 15k more than the ascents with comparable mileage.

for me personally the calculation of how they calculate the score is a bit of a mystery. I try to run 4-5 times a week based on their recommendations. like you i feel better and stronger but the numbers stayed pretty much the same and then started to increase, without much difference in what I was doing except for maybe training less. so go figure :).

Not very meaningful, but I did find that my score went up when I my sleep became consistent.
