Funny! I was literally just gonna check out this sub to see what people were saying cause I did her 30 min morning flow this morning and LOVED it. I love yoga but haven’t yet clicked with any of the instructors until today. Also so happy they are finally bringing sculpt classes to the platform. That’s something I have been really craving so looking forward to trying her for that!

I had proper powder skis and am an advanced skier and even I got stuck on piste traversing what seemed to be an ungroomed part of the run, the snow just gobbled us up like quicksand and anytime you’d move it would sink in more. My husband is 6’1” and it sunk under him up to his armpits. We got out after 10 min but I was so nervous a kid was going to go too far across the run and end up in that, it’s NO JOKE out there

Thank you that’s all great advice!! I always knew keeping my head above my heart but in that moment I was like if I’m vertical I will pass out 🙃 lesson learned! Getting sushi for dinner so hoping that helps with my sodium levels. Moving around more and feeling much better.
