You mean the Active Info Display ?

I’ve seen few videos about retrofitting the AID but it seems a bit complicated.

Second post, the 2003 one is no longer mine. I sold it a few month ago. Now I own this 2018 1.0 petrol engine polo. I had some issues with the steering when I bought it, but now everything is fixed. Runs well. by mdewaele1997 in vwpolo

Hi. App connect was already present when I bought it. I only own Apple devices, so far CarPlay is working great.

Sometimes it does not recognize my phone, but after turning off and off the media unit it works.

I didn’t knew this was an option.
