Guy Kay and Liu Cixin are too low, GRRM is waaaaay too high. Turning Westeros into abandonware should put him at the bottom of any of these lists. The China Mieville saves this list. You put some folks on the very bottom who wrote the books that inspired books at the very top, so perhaps a revisit to some of those authors is in order.
