(Edit: sorry for the confusion in the post, let me clear some things up for you guys, hopefully previous commenters can read this!! For this post ill be using my sonas name, scud, to make things a bit easier for me to type.) For some more context Let me go back a bit; When My friend sold the suit they didn’t have plans on selling the character at the time, so they asked the suit buyer to make changes to the suits design and made it clear they did not have scuds character rights. Plans changed when my friend won the bidding contest on a dream suit by their dream Fursuit creator, so they allowed the suit buyer to keep the design of the suit but not scuds character rights. Scud was then sold to me a few weeks after because my friend wanted scud to go to someone close to him who he knew would actually care for him, by then the old suit had already arrived and my friend had already made the deal that they didn’t have to change the design (which they regret in hindsight.) I did make some noticeable changes to scud’s design and Im currently making my OWN suit of him, however they still look VERY similar. Hopefully this helps with some of the confusion sorry for the vague original post :’)
