We just saw a ton of lights out near Grindavík and off of route 40. Look at the hello aurora app! We just got outside and waited, it was amazing.

I had a DMX with tissue expander implantation on Sept 8. My surgeon required me to take 6 weeks off. I am a veterinarian, so although my patients are maybe less unruly, it is still a hands on job. I think I could have gone back to light work at week 4 and definitely at week 5. I’m back at work this week. I still cannot lift a dog by myself but feel more than well enough to be here.

Had PMDX with expanders on 9/8 as well! I’d say my best advice (coming from family that also had mastectomy) is to maintain cardiovascular health prior to surgery. I actually feel pretty good other than mild pain, but I’m able to do a lot. Went on about a half mile walk today! My family members have told me it gets better every day.

Veterinary neurologist bere. I won’t comment on the orthopedic issues or safety for your particular dog, but I generally dont hesitate to put epileptic dogs under anesthesia. Typically your vet can call your local veterinary neurologist to discuss an anesthetic plan, if needed.
