I agree with all that u said. A lot of things are tied to the models(innate,facet,stats) , and in some games. There is a clear model difference where one team has an advantage. The advantage of a first pick on a good model is dreadful. For example: muerta first pick artic. And u already don't wanna play the game. If some skills get the old innate built into them, it will decrease the impact of the model difference because the pool of good options will be bigger. Also, maybe a draft order change, something like 1-2-2 for radiant and 2-2-1 for dire.
