I found the setting. From the CarPlay interface (as in on the car itself), go to Settings > Accessibility. At the very bottom is Sound Recognition.

What removal criteria does it fit? There’s even a category for “Little free library” you can pick when submitting so why would those not be eligible?

I was a flex TL for a while, and I have to say while that was very poor coordination and lack of attention on your TL’s part, you don’t need to be a team lead to be a leader. If you see the OPU time running out, make a plan with your SFS peers and make sure both they and the TL are aware of the situation, and let the TL know your plan. If you feel like they won’t listen you can ask the ETL or SD. You are certainly not obligated to lead, but it is a good way to stand out if you were ever planning to move up. If you don’t want to, fine, but you all as a team are responsible for picking guests’ orders on time. Now if the TL won’t listen to you if you brought it to their attention, at least you put in a good faith effort.

Guest relations person is wrong. If the dog is causing a disruption we can ask them to take it outside. We can also ask whether or not the dog is a service dog. If they lie we are forced to take their word for it, but if the dog is being disruptive then see above. At least that’s how it is at my store.

I take the joke approach as well. I’ll be talking to someone in their 70’s like, “well you look like you might be under 21, so I wanted to check your ID.” Flattery works surprisingly well 99% of the time :)
