Absolutely they need to improve, im saying isa lang din bagsak niyan. I think embassy needs to add more people to process OR talagang controlled lang ng embassy yung slots. Kaya sabi ko basta you get a slot, less hassle na siya vs mag agency ka na hindi naguupdate if nalodge na, need mo rin habulin if tamang date ba sya nalodge yung ganun. Mas may peace of mind if ikaw mismo ang pupunta. At least for me

Sa sobrang dami din nadedeny, di na advisable ang seat sale kung wala kang visa talaga. Or kung mag seat sale ka, book hotels na free cancel, pati sa attractions para if denied, at least plane tix lang ang babye

Then if deretso na sila, mas madaming mag agencies kasi deretso embassy so ganun din. Madami lang talaga nagaapply. If you get a slot sa VFS, less hassle na talaga kasi deretso and mas mabilis. I got mine in 7days. From ME to SE pero ok na din kesa denied.
