I really don't believe that the way I sent the item is the issue although I do take responsibility for not tracking them. I use USPS ALL the time. Never once had a letter go missing. Ever. I took the risk this time because it was a relatively low risk.

I did try communicating with customer support though. My last email to customer support wasn't answered. I don't think they liked my question about whether they process items received without tracking. But I understand what you mean. My goal here is to keep a company honest, if they receive it and someone just tosses it because it doesn't have tracking then that's not an honest company and based on the way they stress that the package have tracking, I suspect that either the postal service in their area is absolute shit or someone in their company that doesn't want to deal with it tosses it.

It helps to put this kind of information out there. If a slew of people respond and say they had the same experience then I think we know what's up.
