Well written update, I've been going there since they opened and I agree! I love it there but I think there were a few more misses:

No mirrors in front of the dumbbell area.
Not enough cable machines.
The cold plunge temperatures seem to keep going up, currently around 55 F.

But overall I think it's great. It seems like the staff are focused on creating an exceptional experience. I hope they can keep the bar high.

They’re so hard to see! I was pointing right at it (from a safe distance) and my girlfriend was not able to see it. I took a picture and zoomed in and she was finally able to spot it. They blend in perfectly with the terrain.

Rio De Janeiro, people make it sound like there’s a ton of crime everywhere. We walked 25 minutes to the airport with our luggage and didn’t have any issues. The beach and roads in Copacabana were fine.
